Why nicotinamide riboside and not NAD+ itself?
Most human research has used NAD+ precursors rather than NAD+ itself. Nicotinamide riboside is the precursor tested most often in randomised trials, where it has repeatedly raised the NAD+ levels measured in blood.*
When will I notice something?
We will not promise a feeling. Trials measure NAD+ in the blood, and whether that changes how a healthy person feels is still being studied. Research protocols usually run eight to twelve weeks, so that is a fair window. Three bottles covers six months.
Can I take it with medication?
