We want you to love your Lumybella mask. Every order comes with a 14-night home trial.

14-night trial If you're not happy within 14 days of delivery, contact us at lumeaterapy@gmail.com and we'll help you return it for a full refund of the product price.

How to return Email us with your order number to start a return. Items should be returned in good condition with all included accessories (mask, cable, straps, guide). We'll provide return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty items If your mask arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, email us with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
