14-night home trial & returns

Try your Lumybella mask for up to 14 nights. If it isn't right for you, contact us for a full refund — we'll guide you through a simple return. Items should be returned in good condition with all included accessories.

Damaged or faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
