We want ordering from Lumybella to feel effortless from checkout to glow. Here is everything you need to know about shipping and returns.

Shipping

Free US shipping on every order — no minimum.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is up to 16 days after processing, and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. We currently ship within the United States.

Our 14‑Night Home Trial

Your glow ritual should feel right. If you're not happy within 14 nights of delivery, contact us and we'll help you return your device for a full refund of the product price.

How to return

Email us with your order number to start a return. Items should come back in good condition with all included accessories (device, cable, straps and guide), and we'll send simple return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with a couple of photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
